Mattel is shipping the DeLorean as part of their 2010 models, and typically packs them in a qty of no more than 3 in a case of 72, or no more than 2 in a case of 36 when shipped to a typical retail store like Target, Wal-Mart, etc. I've heard two reports of them being found in stores, but have yet to see any myself outside of the ones shipped directly to us from Mattel.

Mattel reportedly produced 1,000,000 DeLoreans for worldwide distribution.
