Hi Mike,
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this is why both the DOA and DCS
have to have the liability insurance. You might want to consider adding a
disclaimer. Not that those 100% legally exclude you from liability, but
it's a good start.

Subject: [DML] LIABILITY QUESTIONS
Friends and fellow Delo Owners,
Several of the posts on the DOA Club Questions has got me to thinking. I"ve
worked really hard helping DMC News members both off line and online thru
this site. I thought that is what this site was for. Now, all of a sudden,
I find I might be 'liable' for my information, that I was trying to help
folks with. Example----my pictorial rebuild of the steering rack.
Previously, my search of Delorean archives revealed no one had either
attempted this or posted it, if they had. So, I thought I was doing the
community a service by posting the procedure.
Now, if I read the posts correctly, MLTAW (that's short for Joe Sh-T the Rag
Man) follows my directions, but leaves out one step, wrecks the car because
the steering wheel binds up, then I can be sued, although they screwed up by
not following my directions.
Maybe I'm reading this wrong, please correct me if that is the case, BUT,
I'm really reconsidering helping members, if this is the actual case.
