I certainly hope this isn't the case. It's my understanding that if you work on your own car, it's your own fault if you screw up. The helpful and kind nature of many owners is one of the many reasons why the DeLorean community is so great and like a family. I'd hate to see people keep to themselves because of fear of being sued.
