[DML] Windhshield Wiper Control Stalk

Hey Guys

I took apart the Windshield wiper stalk to fix something and now I can't put it back together.  I can't figure out how the black plastic piece that turns(with the stalk in it) and the pin/spring  match up with the contacts inside the switch.  The black wire from the rear of switch is also hanging out, and I don't know how that figures into the bigger equation

Any help you could give would be appreciated.
