It is not leaking from a bolt. It is either the water pump or a hose attached to it - probably a hose. Coolant travels. Often a water pump is even assumed to be leaking when it was really only a hose. Depending on the miles of the car - I would suspect a hose replacement for all of the water pump attachment points will do the trick. If you have higher miles, say over 50,000, you may want to replace the water pump just so you don't have to risk doing the job again in the near future. Sometimes you can get lucky and find and tighten a clamp. But, testing is necessary to be sure.
