[DML] Hazard lights switch

Is the switch for the hazard lights supposed to be illuminated when the car lights are on?

I noticed my hazard light switch is never illuminated and I can't recall if it ever was (or if it should be in the first place).  Kinda makes it hard to locate the switch when driving at night.  :)
