[DML] DCS WEST Update and guests

Ok we have added a few guests to the list and we will be publishing a schedule for the show

In the past we have been putting the schedule in the goodie bags and handing them out at registration and people find them after the show.

So this time we will publish it before so that you can have a better idea of where and when
