[DML] The DeLorean Car Show 09 Prelude Saturday September 19th Events

The Prelude Events start on Saturday September 19th.

In case you are really excited about coming to Las Vegas (as we are) 
and want to come early, we have some events that start on Saturday, Sept 19th.

The first event is "Cars and Coffee" in Las Vegas.

7AM- 11AM.  This event starts at 7 AM.  No wonder coffee is part of the 
theme.   There are hundreds of cars.  Usually over 500. This last until 
11 AM. or longer. You will see plenty of the very best LV cars.   What 
this show rarely has is a DeLorean.
No doubt if you go there, you will draw a crowd.  With more than 1 
DeLorean, who knows what will happen.

10AM -12 Noon (plus lunch) The next event is the Las Vegas Electric 
Vehicle Association Meeting at the Clark County Library at 1200 E. 
Flamingo. This is the electric vehicle experts in Las Vegas.  It starts 
at 10 AM.   You can hopefully meet Al Sawyer, who is famous in the 
electric vehicle community.   His company, Lectra Motors, built over 
1000 electric Datsuns in 1979 and 1980 in Las Vegas.   One of the cars, 
is still driven on a daily basis, by a club member-Lloyd.   There is a 
video on u-tube about Al Sawyer.

Lloyd's 1980 Electric Datsun was recently photographed in a comparison 
test along side of the 2009 Tesla-during the cross country Tesla tour.

This Saturday will be a unique experience for the EV group, because 
this will be the first time they get to see the 2015 Electric DeLorean. 
  The group does lunch together and you are welcome to join.

Saturday PM, afternoon has no scheduled events at this time - to allow 
you to explore the Strip or visit local friends.

Saturday Dinner will be based on what attendees during the day want to 
do.   Greek, 50s dinner, In-Out burger, casino buffet, etc.

Saturday Night-The Las Vegas Speedway is going to have Street War Night.
