Too bad it's not April 1st. I would tell you it is a leaking power steering line!!!!!! Getting serious, Martin is right, a fuel leak, especially on a fuel injected car, is dangerous. The fuel is under a very high pressure and if it ignites it will be like a blow-torch. My guess is your fuel accumulator is bad and the rubber line is leaking. It also *could* be one of the other fuel lines is leaking. Without being able to see the leak you will have to find it. If you have an automatic transmission the oil could be leaking from the shift cable end.
