You aren't lining up the rubber air ducts correctly when putting the vent on. A small miss makes a big difference.

Subject: [DML] Can you get more A/C velocity?
Is there any way to increase the air flow velocity from the vents with the fan on speed 4? I capped off the side vents in the doors which helped a bit, but the velocity coming out of my center vents really isn't that great. Not compared to my '08 Dodge Charger anyway. My A/C unit is only 6 months old. When I take off the plastic vent cover I get blow away so I guess I could just keep it removed but then you can point the air flow.
