I agree with Elvis. I've been all over that schematic, and a bunch of dead
governor boards. I don't see how in the world jump starting will kill the
circuit. From what I've seen it's old, tired caps and cold solder joints.
Mostly caused by heat and vibration over the course of 25 years or so.
