[DML] DMCH And Exclusive Rights To DMC Name, Trademarks, Etc.

Yahoo's search feature isn't working at the moment, so I'm asking this question anew:

In another forum, a user claims that Houston has exclusive rights to the DMC name, trademarks, etc. 

I seem to remember a lively discussion about that topic in this forum a couple of years ago.

What was the final verdict? Does DMCH have exclusive rights or not?
