Actually I have - I did it to myself when I accidentially put the
reservoir on the wrong way around. It then pushes up against the tap for
the servo vacuum. It causes a large leak when using a pressure bleeder
but I may not have noticed otherwise.
It's also vital that you don't let brake fluid hang around on your
chassis for very long!
