Bernstein, Ringling, what is the difference? Item number: 110342944854 <http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110342944854> Questions from other members : DETAILED HISTORIC DOCUMENT - JOHN Z. DELOREAN & DMC Question & Answer Answered On Q: have you made, or are planning on making any copies? obviously this would affect the value, especially if you later decide to sell another copy... Jan-31-09 A: Hello humdedum666, Thank you for your inquiry. No, I did not make any copies of the document that John DeLorean sent to the recipient. The document being offered is the complete document sent to the recipient by Mr. DeLorean. Everything in the document being offered, is a photocopy, because that is what John provided the recipient. The only page that has been copied from the documents received from Mr. DeLorean is the first page, which is a copy of the note John sent with the entire document. The recipient kept the original note from Mr. DeLorean that was secured in place with a rubber band when the document was received, and then forwarded the complete document to another for review. The originals of everything within the document are either filed with the court or in some attorney's personal files somewhere. When the winning bidder begins to read the court testimony contained within the document and looks at the hundreds of thousands and millions of dollars in question and/or demanded therein, they will have greater insight into the difficulties that Mr. DeLorean experiencedd when dealing with the personalities of those individuals eluded to in the file. There is more to the story than that which has been told to date. Good Luck in the bidding. Millieone Q: Is this an original document and signature or a photocopy? Jan-27-09 A: Hello cooperbrowdy, Thank you for your inquiry. Please Note: ALL THE PAGES WITHIN EBAY ITEM #110342944854 DETAILED HISTORIC DOCUMENT - JOHN Z. DELOREAN & DMC ARE REPRODUCED COPIES, INCLUDING THE FRONT PAGE WITH THE NOTE TO THE RECIPIENT. When the recipient received the Document from Mr. DeLorean, the note to the recipient on the top was secured to the document with a rubber band. The recipient received the document, copied the note from John, and forwarded the entire document being offered on eBay to another for evaluation of the contents. I'm sure you are aware that the Pleadings and originals of all the photo copied material in the document were submitted to the court into evidence for either the plaintiff or the defendant or perhaps just copies of the documents were submitted to the court and the originals remained in the files of legal counsel representing the litigants in the matter. THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS ARE INCONSEQUENTIAL IN THIS OFFERING. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. IT IS THE INFORMATION THE DOCUMENTS PROVIDE THAT CREATES THE VALUE. It is nice to have the author's original manuscript, but when that is not available, A FIRST EDITION WILL BE JUST AS INFORMATIVE!
