[DML] Vin 5549 Please

Hello,
I'm interested in a car for sale on E-Bay in Florida.
It's Turbo, Vin 5549, has flip up gas cap.
I'm assuming the hood was taken from an earlier VIN.
Does anyone know anything about this vehicle?
It's only on for 3 days.
