Tiffany,

DeLorean Motor Company California might have them.  I remember seeing a set there about 2 or so months back when I went up there for Cruising for a Cure.  In addition, I used to have six sets of the valve stem caps, but I used one and gave another set to a friend so I am now down to 4 sets, but I got them so long ago I can't remember where I put them.
