The 11th Annual Parade of Lights will be held on Sunday December 14th. This is held by the Texas Volunteer Firefighters Relief Fund. Cost should be $30 per car. Their website is at www.tvffrf.org. More information on the organization and the parade is there. This will start at 4815 Highway 6 North at Loch Katrine just north of Clay Road. There is a strip center there with a Track 21 store. We must be in line by 5:45 so plan on being there at 5:00 at the latest. This will give you time to register and to get set up with you lights. I strongly recommend LED lights as they draw less power on the battery. Some, including myself have had battery issues with standard incandescent lights. One alternative is to have a separate battery that your lights plug into. Keep the stainless clean (no spray) as it makes it easier to attach lights, either by clips or tape. Since it is at night, there is no need to prep your car as in a car show.
