Problem Solved Rt. Headlight bad
  Sealed low beam is no good.
  Tested works on hi beams, no low beam then I swapped just to be sure before spending $$$$$
   
  Thanks for those you gave advice, and the DML.
  Looks like a new set is in my near future.
   
  Interior problems were related to a weak battery be advised troubleshoot the Obvious 1 st.
  Before looking into wiring diagrams for 30 min. which is what I did.
