[DML] Re: Consumer Reports Future of the Car day

It was the eLectric DeLorean of the Long Island - New York DeLorean Motor 
Club.  Tom Neiland and I displayed the eD at the Consumer Reports meeting.  We 
gave rides to many people in the Media who where very interested in the DeLorean 
itself as well as electric cars.  I got up in front of the group and asked 
why we don't have electric cars now,  even though we do now have the proven 
battery technology of NiMH batteries that were in GM's EV-1.  The question was 
never answered.
