You have to let it sit (not in the sun) for an hour or so.  That lets the
armor-all or Formula-21 from Turtle Wax, (my preference) sink into the
parts.

I am working on a sun damaged car that has turned every black piece on the
car grey.  What is the best way to bring things back to black.  I tried
armoral but it just made the grey shine but not black.
