Put the tire in a tub and look for air bubbles. Look carefully in particular in the following areas: Inside and around the valve stem The inner and outer bead The tire itself for screws, nails, glass in the tread If it is leaking around the bead you must clean it well to remove any corrosion on the rim and then use a bead sealer like Camel Bead Sealer. If the rim is bent it MUST be straightened or it will always leak. As always the rim and tire assembly MUST be balanced after mounting the tire.
