It's no problem at all. Yep, I never got one of those manifolds
although I did spend a great amount of time trying to track them down
in the US as well as overseas. I was in contact with someone who had
the manifold you are talking about but I cant remember who had it or
where it was located (was in the states but cannot recall which
state). The only problem was they wanted $400 dollars just for the
stinkin manifold! When I broke down and was ready to pay, I e-mailed
