Mike, I did have something similar happen to me quite recently. Those O2 sensors are just evil lilttle devices... You're not gonna like this, but my solution was to remove the crossover pipe, take it to an exhaust shop and have them weld in a new nut for the sensor. I tried a thread chaser and a tap but niether worked. BTW: I did not break a single stud removing my crossover pipe. I did use a LIBERAL amount of PB Blaster, but Rob Grady says I have a very unusual DeLorean and I tend to believe him!
