For the morbidly curious, Sean was kind enough to record carbureted PRV intake manifold removal at yesterday's SEDOC meet. Total time start to finish (including Diet Pepsi break): 3 minutes 18 seconds. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TH8WiDR2CnQ What Sean didn't record was that the engine restarted first time after the manifold was bolted back down (K-Jet can get very fussy and cantankerous after reassembly). Differing opinions about carbureting a DeLorean abound, but I think it's safe to say that no other fuel delivery method offers faster and easier access to the intake valley.
