Sounds like our defroster timer (rear window) is going crazy. No 9 fuse 
is securing the rear window defroster. Take a look at the switch at the 
center console; it may be on or defective? I have not yet heard of the 
timer to go. However the parts are over 26 years old, so it's possible. 
Work your way through the parts of this system to find the cause.
