[DML] Re: Cooling Fans

This actually happen to me on the drive to Chicago for DCS 2006. It turned
out that two wires under the fan relay had worn threw their insulation and
were shorting out. At first I just thought it was a stuck relay but I new
something else was wrong when I pulled the fan relay and the fans still stayed on.
