[DML] Dealer Number Identification

I know this has been asked before, but I wanted to find out for 
myself.  I noticed that on the DeLorean Owner Roster it shows a number 
identifier for what dealership our cars were orginally sold at.  Does 
anyone know where we can find out what city and state that dealer was 
in from the Dealer Number?  Perhaps in the DeLorean Vendors List 
pamphlets I've seen for sale on ebay?  It would also be cool to see the 
name of the dealer.
