Good idea,and if the DOA was so worried about selling it's copies of
DW(taking away from their profits),all they have to do is put it
under Security using the PDF format,locking it so that it cannot be
downloaded,printed,saved etc,then if someone was interested in
downloading or printing,they would simply pay a set fee to the
DOA,per copy.Or just leave it locked,and the DOA,could still sell
them as usual,or even in the PDF format on a CD disk,locked or
unlocked.Bricklin International did this with their High Qualiy
magazines(called the Brickline the Equavilent to DW)on CD's using the
PDF format.(they left theirs unlocked).
