[DML] throttle cable replacement

I realise everyone on this list probably hates me now, but I need some
help with my throttle cable. I frigged up the end and now I have to
install a new one. I am out of town right now and need to know if this
is simple or not, because I have no one to help me and I do not have
my usual tools.
