Has anyone looked at my DCS 2006 photos on www.grenexmedia.com ?
Did you happen to notice the gang symbols (purists vs. Modifers), weapons, segregrated factions, and people ready to jump and attack each other?
No? Hmmm..... Me either. ;)
A disagreement on the DML does not in any way portray the atmosphere at DCS.
People who believe that and choose not to attend the show will simply miss out on the best time you could have at a Delorean gathering.
How many of us have familiy disagreements, but still gets together as a family at the holidays?
DCS 2008 will be the largest show ever. Since all shows after this will be split into west/east coast events, this is likely to be the biggest DCS event you will ever have the chance to attend in your lifetime (thank you Ken!) People may choose not to go, but that's their loss.

Subject: [DML] Re: DeLorean Thoughts While Raking Pine Straw ( Very Long)
Hey gang,
This is my first, and sadly last, post on the legendary DML. I chose to start receiving the
emails from the list every day, last year, after the purchase of the car that has haunted my
dreams since 1981. At first, I found the forum to be informative, intelligent and a source
for vital facts in my quest to insure my DeLorean looks and runs the way it did when it left
the showroom.
That being said, I no longer find the DML informative, entertaining, or of any use
whatsoever to myself or my email inbox. I don't know where folks find the time to write
some of this stuff, let alone read it.
While trying to take in all of the messages posted on this forum on a daily basis, I find
myself increasingly annoyed and disappointed with the so-called "community" I have
found myself a part of.
Until this "community" proves to me that it is just that, I won't be at DCS or any other
DeLorean related event. It will be me and my wife at area shows and cruise nights,
where there's certainly no inane bickering between owners of cars. Aside from the usual
flux capacitor jokes, the participants in local events always seem to have respect for each
other, and the beautiful dream machines we call our own.
Unsubscribing,
Rob Moorhead
