[DML] Inner Door Seal recommendations?

Hi group... Subject says it all.: I need a set for both sides and am 
wondering who out there has suggestion on which is the best one, or are 
they all the same?  Should I just buy from whoever?  Oh, and my T-bar 
seal is gone, too.  I only want to do this once.  Also, is it a pain to 
do the T-bar seals?
