[DML] DCS Registration (refund policy)

Hi
I keep getting asked about a refund if you register then cannot make  it
Its simple 
You get a full refund up to the day before the show (100% refund)
Its easy to get and we prefer that to not registering and then trying to  get 
a ticket at the show.
