RE: [DML] No fan on HEAT or VENT

It sounds like you swapped 2 of the wires on the mode swith. The elecrical portion controls 2 things, motor on/off in all modes but "off" and the AC compressor is in AC and MAX modes (somtimes defrost if the mod was made to the switch) So it sounds like the AC and Fan wires were put on reversed.
