I have been using Dot 5 since March of 2005, I have not ever had to top
up. So no, dot 5 does not evaporate, I live in NM, Read this as hot dry
summers all the more reason to evaporate, I also drive car daily. Wish I
could be of help as to where it is going though!.. Good luck to you.
