[DML] door lock module diode D4

Does anyone know a part number (Radio Shack or equiv) for diode D4 of the lock module? 
Mine is dusty grey in appearance and I have had some rare loss of function. From a block 
diagram, and a schematic, I found by searching around, I see most of the parts of the module 
are labeled, but not D4. So, anyone know the part part number? (ie, 1N9119, !N2071, or 
1N4006, etc) ? I wonder if a diode with a greater current capacity would be ion order, given 
that I plan to replace it.
