On closer examination you may find that the net portion is fine, and
that it is just the elastic cord that goes around the perimeter that is
shot...  This cord is easily replaced, I think I found some at Joanne
fabrics.  It's a bit larger diameter but it works fine...

Hey there... if anybody has a cargo net in good condition they are 
looking to sell, please contact me off-list. Mine has seen better 
days. On account of my "toy budget" being a little restricted this 
year, I figure I'd check the list for any possible deals before I just 
go ahead and order a 'new' one ...
