Two immediate suggestions - first of all get over to
http://www.deloreancarshow.com/ and sign up to come to the show in
Gettysburg in June.  It's a great way to join the community and meeting
DMC owners.  I highly recommend it.

 

And the second - wait a different thought first - Dave and Julie at DMC
Midwest are great and if they sell you a car you can be sure its in
great shape - nevertheless my second piece of advice for anyone getting
an older car like this in ANY condition that they intend to drive, is
get AAA Plus coverage.  It gives you towing up to 100 miles.  Do you
remember the Boy Scout motto?
