There are still a few rooms left. I have contacted a few people that have  
multiple rooms and some others that I know were not coming but have rooms so  
there were additional rooms that have opened as they gave them back.  Also  as 
the show goes on rooms change a lot as people change their minds or  decide 
they did not need two or more rooms.  Also as I said there will be  rooms I let 
go as I get the guest list of my guests defined better.
 
Do not go by what you hear but take the time and call.  That is the  only way 
to know for sure. Even for me as again rooms counts at this point will  
fluctuate.

page has the 800 number)
 
The Show will NOT be closed out until at least June 1st so the events will  
be avail.
Early registration for the free stuff is over MAY 1 so if you are going to  
go take advantage of that and save me some paperwork.
 
There are still rooms but not many and the registration is open.  The  Hall 
holds 800 so until I get 800 event registered it will remain open and we  are 
only at 15% which is where we should be.
 
So please do register and come to the show if you change your mind you can  
always cancel.
There will be someone to fill the space.
