[DML] Re: auto trans cross reference

It was an AMC piece used in the 1984 Jeep Eagle Premier. It has a
Chrylser part # T 1585-496. Good luck finding one. The told me they
were going to be dumping all of the AMC inventory. Last time I checked
(several years ago at one of the large Chrylser wharehouses which
happens to be just a couple of towns away from me) they had 17 in the
whole national inventory. At that time they were listing at over $500.
I have NEVER seen one in a junk yard. About the only place you will
find one is one of the Delorean vendors or maybe in Europe.
