The book says the thermal time switch will be closed below 95 F.
Says will be open above 95 F. Of couse these are not precision parts
so most should switch between 90 and 100 F. Well in the summer months
when air temp is mid 90s then your car may never cool to run the cold
start valve.
I will still test my switch to find it's calibrated value but this
can't be causing the warm start issue unless it is a common fault in
hot areas.
