Some of the other cars like Porsche and Mercedes have hot start caused by
the WUR. But most of the time it's the accumulator. There is an O Ring in
the FD for the primary pressure regulator that will also bleed down if
nicked or cracked that will bleed off the pressure and with a bad
accumulator will just double the problem. Keep in mind that we are working
with 25 year old cars that will need a lot of small things needs replacing.
I give the Hot Start 2 problem O Rings with my new accumulators.

You would think that would be the case but it is not. All the Delorean
forums are peppered with posts describing this problem. My thought was it may have been something else
