    No idea!  I received a paper ballot in the  mail yesterday for the 
elections of officers and board of directors.  No  idea as who they are or what they 
stand for.  Ballot stated that you  could vote by paper or via the Internet.  
It even has a place for  write ins.  There is not much in the way of 
communications from  DOA.
