You either have bad connections at part # 101275, the resistor near the
fan motor, or you need to replace it. Its only a little awkward to
replace and a $15 part...

I have that on Speed 4, which is the only speed my blower works at.
(Sorry, grammarians.) It goes away after a few seconds.
My guess is that we both need a new blower motor.
