Try a turn signal load equalizer from, for example,
http://www.badlandsmotorcycleproducts.com/2008/Products/BETCSM.htm
(it's at the bottom of the page)
And you can look at your friendly auto parts store for "load inducers"
(without "lamp outage indicator"). Other people have used them with
some success. Example:
