I havn't posted much on this list to date, but it really made my day to read this one, and felt I had to reply. 
Dave and I have had so much fun working on the Electric D.  It may not end up as the best electric car ever, but we are both learning a great deal and meeting great people. 

I must admit that I do enjoy the banter and different opinions here.  I am really looking forward to meeting many of you at DCS 2008. I am fairly new to the community (~1 year), but have met so many great people so far.
