If you want to know then, you probably need a different tact. A lot of folks, me included, feel that Rob doesn't owe us explanations. There is a huge difference between a family business and a multinational. At the heart of it he's being honest by not commenting on something that he feels is not our business. If he was CEO of Phillip Morris he would gladly just lie to your face, if he was a politician, well... If you want to know, get to know Rob at the next DCS - buy him a couple of beers and swap stories. Explain your questions. If you want personal information you should get to know the person. Demanding such information isn't the way to go about it.
