Very common damage. Happens when someone tries to take the cover off
and doesn't notice the screws underneath and forces the trim off.
Easily repairable. Missing or cracked pieces are a bigger problem.
Likly that someone may come up with a cross/over where these trim
parts are used in another car. BTW some squeaks and creaks give a car
charactor!
