  Many went to Chestnut Fleet Rental.  I'm sure it is possible that the first shipment wasn't necessarily the first cars off the line.  Maybe the build quality on the first few hundred were bad enough that they didn't want them to go out to individual customers.  Sounds like perfect contenders for leased cars though!
