For each car you buy to part out, you will find there
are a small number of "hot" items you will sell.. 
then you find yourself with a ton of worthless "trash"
to get rid of.

You would have to buy the cars very cheap for it to 
be profitable.  Considering all of the cars going over
seas now (because of the awful US exchange rate), and
the low demand for reusable parts, I don't think it is
a good business model.

You would be better off restoring cars and selling
them.  If the vendors really have a waiting list for
restored cars (as has been claimed), then there is a
small market there for a good restoration business.

I have yet to see a significant number of "Parts cars"
that are priced to sell.
