[DML] Tie rod enf seaks - they are gone!

Hellow all.

While visiting the shop doing my brakes I noticed the cup-like seal on 
each tire rod end was mushy and torn. Are the seals available?

On another note, will POR-15 work on surface rust oe is it better to 
apply the original rubber-like epoxy coating?
